The Process

From first hello to your finished gallery.

No mystery, no pressure — here is exactly how working together unfolds.

01

First Contact

It starts with a note. You send over your date, your venue, and a few sentences about the day you are picturing. Within 48 hours you will hear back from me, not a form letter but a personal reply, with current availability, a sense of pricing, and an honest read on whether we are the right fit.

02

Consultation

Before anything is signed, we talk. A call or a coffee, whichever you prefer. I want to hear how you met, what you are nervous about, and the moments you would never want to forget. It is also your chance to ask me anything. There are no wrong questions.

03

Booking

If it feels right on both sides, I send a clear proposal and a simple payment schedule. A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date; once that is done, the date is yours. The remaining balance is split into manageable payments before the wedding.

04

Client Planning Portal

From booking onward you get a private planning portal, one place for your contract, payment schedule, timeline, and photo priorities. As the day gets closer, we use it to build your timeline together so the photography never feels rushed. You can also invite up to five collaborators, a wedding planner, your maid of honor, anyone helping bring the day together.

05

The Wedding Day

On the day itself, I disappear into it. I am not the loudest voice in the room. I am the one catching the look your dad gives you before the first dance. I will guide you when it helps and step back when the moment is already there. Most couples tell me they forgot I was working.

06

Gallery Delivery

Within six to eight weeks your full gallery arrives, every image individually edited, high-resolution, and yours to print. A handful of favorites come sooner, usually within a week, so you have something to hold onto while you wait for the rest.

07

Beyond

Your online gallery stays live for a full year after delivery. During that year it is yours to download, share, and revisit as often as you like, and I will remind you before it closes so nothing slips by. After that the gallery comes offline, but your photographs are never lost. I keep them backed up on archive drives and in cloud storage, and if you ever need a set again down the road, a small retrieval fee covers getting it back to you. Your print rights stay yours for good, and when you are ready for albums, fine-art prints, or framed pieces, I am here for that, and for whatever the next chapter brings.
